A Nightmare, If your looking for a wolf in sheep's clothing, Pat Cooke is the guy for you. He over promises and under delivers. He works half a day, has no organization skills, no attention to detail, and doesn't communicate with the homeowner. A (6) week job turned into 12 weeks and then he walked away leaving the job unfinished with thousands in damage. The only thing he is good at is asking for money. Stay far away from Long Island Kitchen and Bath.

Horrible- left $20,000.00 in damage!

LI Kitchen and Bath designed our kitchen layout and we ordered our cabinets from them. As far as the design was concerned, i was completely satisfied. They worked with me through multiple changes and ideas until I had exactly what I wanted. I hired my own contractor to do the installation. After they had my deposit it went downhill. When the cabinets arrived in early July there was one base cabinet missing and the valance was the wwrong size. I was told they would reorder and I would have the cabinet in two weeks. Two weeks turned into four weeks. Apparently the cabinet manufacturer closed for the entire month of July. I was never informed of this. It wasn't until I called to find out what was taking so long that I was told it would be an additional two more weeks before the cabinet would arrive because of the closure. This SIX WEEK DELAY totally backed up my job. Granite could not be installed, sinks, dishwashers etc could not be hooked up as the granite people need to lay the sink. the valance arrived in September. A job that should have taken two weeks ended up taking two months.Numerous calls to find out what was going on were never returned. Once they have your money the customer service goes out the window. While the quality of the cabinets and the design were excellent....their communication and follow through are horrendous. Do yourself a favor use someone else. When my neighbor heard what I was going through she did just that.

LI Kitchen and Bath never returned my calls.

They were very professional, responsive, and adapted their project to our need. The proposal was high quality, and exceeded expectations. Price quoted was fair and accurate. However in the end we decided to run this small project on our own and to save for our master bathroom remodeling project instead. We are planning to contact them soon to work on a bigger project in our master bathroom.

They are not going to install it since my general contractor is going to install it. The granite company is going to put the granite on themselves. The girl we dealt with was very helpful. She really went above and beyond to suit our needs because we wanted a particular vanity. She worked very closely with my wife on the covers for the granite and all that. So, I was pleased with their service. I thought that their price was pretty fair because we were shopping around and we ended up there. The girl kept calling me home since there were some minor details for changing and cutting the granite. She was on top of it the whole time. I would use their services in the future too.

Pat is incredibly reliable, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. We gave Pat the key to our house on many occasions. Most importantly, everything was meticulously done and Pat provided several creative alternatives to keep costs down. I would definitely work with Pat again in the future and have recommended him to friends and family.
