+ -1 moreHORRIBLE THE MAN NEVER SHOWED. TOLD MY PARENTS TO GO F THEMSELVES THEY ARE ELDERLY AND MY MOTHER HAS CANCER......... IF I HAD TO PAY TWICE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I WILL GLADLY PAY IT TO NOT HAVE THIS MAN WORK ON ANY POOLS. WE COME FROM A VERY LARGE FAMILY. I'M SURE MY FAMILY WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! UNPROFESSIONAL VERY CONFRONTATIONAL HAS A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM NEVER COMES THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: JR POOLS IS BY FAR THE WORST POOL COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEVER SHOW UP ON TIME. THE WORK IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I RECOMMENDED MY ENTIRE FAMILY TO THIS MAN. AND HE BASICALLY FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD TOLD MY MOTHER UPON NUMEROUS APPOINTMENTS TO GO F HER SELF AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE SURE YOU FIND ANOTHER POOL GUY!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: JR POOLS provided prompt service for my filter repair. Memorial weekend is not a great time to need pool service, as most companies are busy with scheduled openings. I had several issues with my filter rendering it inoperable. Jose answered my call...many companies had answering machines and never even responded to the message I left! He apologized for not being able to get to my house for 3-4 days due to the holiday weekend. Another company told me they could be here in 3 weeks! Problems were diagnosed and repairs made in the same day. I felt his price was fair. He gets a B for punctuality only because he came a day later than scheduled...still fine since no other company could even answer my S.O.S. I will be calling him again in the future.

+ -1 moreI have already recommended Jose to 6 people who used him last year and will use him this year. He does a beautiful job.. so much better that my former pool company who wanted to charge me more than double. I couldn't be more pleased with Jose and you will be ,too
Description of Work: My former pool company wanted to charge me $495 to just open my pool and add the chemicals.They refused to vacuum,even if I paid more. They couldn't care less. Jose and his helper came in,opened the pool (which has a looplpck cover) vacuumed the pool,did a couple of extra things for me and charged $200. Everything was done couteously and with a smile and done WELL.
