Jetmore Fireplace Center

Bought a Lopi wood burning fireplace insert from Jetmore and had it installed in March. The insert was back ordered but Jetmore kept me updated with the factory delays. Fair price for installation and Eric the tech was awesome to work with, he even came twice beforehand to look at the fireplace being rebuilt to make sure it would fit before we ordered it. Insert works great and heated the whole house the few times we used it before spring. Looking forward to this winter, thanks Jetmore!

Tech arrived within given time frame. He came prepared with all the parts (even though I never gave the model). All the work done was full explained with the reasoning why it went defective. He also gave tips on how to take better care of it.

Excellent everything from a well needed cleaning, to a difficult electric trouble shooting and rewiring repair. Special thanks to Dom for a patient and professional approach to my electrical issue, Dom is a true pro and a real gentleman.

it's BBQ season so I made the appt in April for a May appt. They called ahead to confirm and arrived on time. The tech had to go back to the store and get a part which he did promptly and even cleaned out the grill to give it better performance.

They are very popular. They are thorough. They have an extensive line of grills and equipments. I don't really compare on price, I just go to them. I just go there since I get the designed things in there. They know their stuff.
