Louis is so thorough with his inspection that it is mind boggling. I got an Inspection for a roughly 20-year old clean, reasonably well built and maintained property. Nonetheless, Lous sent an extraordinarily detailed report highlighting every single big and small thing that could be fixed. The sellers belong to a family of builders and they custom built the property for themselves. Louis was able to find structural issues even in this scenario. Hats off to his expertise. The fee he charges is well deserved.

I have an older house with a stucco exterior that has some serious cracking and water damage. Lou and his son conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and entire exterior and provided an extremely detailed inspection report with pictures and explanations of all the problems.

I'm so happy I hired Lou for my home inspection! Early on in the inspection, I was worried the house might be condemned based on everything Lou was pointing out. But as the inspection wore on and I asked more questions, I realized Lou is just incredibly thorough. He wants you to know every little problem that could haunt you down the line, so you know exactly what you're getting yourself into when you buy a home. His feedback provided me the information I needed to re-negotiate my deal and budget for impending fixes. Lou and his son Nick were incredibly professional and accommodating. They moved their schedule around so they could inspect the roof days before a snowstorm. I was also really impressed by how good of a teacher Lou was. He was thorough in pointing out defects in the house and how to care for certain aspects (ie the boiler, reinforcing supports, replacing valves.) A true wealth of knowledge. 10/10 will use if we ever buy a house again.
