Description of Work: I wish I could recall the salesmans name. He was really professional and great to work with. I never felt pressured and he took his time showing us different products. He was very helpful. The price was high compared to buying from a store like Home Depot or Lowes. The difference is the quality and the expertise. I orig wanted Roman shades and was going to order from LOEWS. I decided to give the blind spot a call. I'm so happy I did. The rep explained why Roman shades wouldn't work with my windows. He could have sold them to me and I would have not been happy. He showed me better options. I would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Blind Spot installed blinds in master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Installer returned twice to fix a minor issue with one of the blinds and fixed it to our satisfaction.
