We are thrilled that we chose LoyalLandscaping, LLC for our custom pool & patio project. Despite the pretty aggressive timeline we had in mind, Roger and his crew consistently met our expectations for reliability, punctuality, quality of work, and communication. They obviously already have a stellar reputation (I researched all their reviews before hiring them), but weâ re proud to add our names to their list of satisfied clients. Right from the first meeting, Rogerâ s genuine love for what he does, and his ability to clearly explain every step of the process to ensure we were comfortable with the plan, was obvious. He was transparent about everything involved (potential obstacles included) and made recommendations for our inground pool and patio based on our goals and budget without any pressure to upsell. We liked that LoyalLandscaping could complete the entire project themselves (pool and hardscaping) so we didnâ t have to coordinate multiple busy contractors on a tight deadline. Roger ensured that we understood every step of the process and he quickly responded to all texts, calls and emails (and believe me, I had a lot of questions about everything, which he patiently answered again and again). He and his team were able to take our vision and run with it, while keeping us actively involved throughout the process, right down to the last detail. LoyalLandscaping did an amazing job of bringing the entire project to life and Rogerâ s personalized customer service proved that they genuinely care about their clients as well as the quality of the finished project. I also cannot say enough about their amazing hardworking crew. Every single person we met was personable, trustworthy, respectful, and provided the highest level of customer service and hard work. They were all kind and courteous and ended up feeling like good friends since they were around our home and family for several months during the project. They always arrived on time (even some weekends to stay on schedule) and worked incredibly hard regardless of rain, heat, poor air quality, blazing sun, etc. If you want a trustworthy company that does high quality work, has excellent customer service and truly wonderful employees, donâ t hesitate calling Roger and his team to make your vision a reality!

We are absolutely thrilled with the patio and wall Roger and crew built for us. Everything was top notch. It is hard to find a provider as friendly, punctual and competent as they were. It was very nice to see how the crew functioned so well as a team, right from start to finish. The patio looks great! Would hire them again in a second.

Roger and his crew did an excellent job on my paver walkway and patio. Roger estimated it would take 2-3 weeks and it was only 6 days. They even worked on Saturday. They came at 7 am one day to try to escape the heat.

Roger was awesome! He took the time to help me with picking out the best pavers for my walkway and explained what he would be doing. He also suggested adding a new flowerbed with new plants. My front now has curb appeal. Thanks Roger 😊

Roger and his crew are great. They're where they say they ll be when they say they ll be there, they re courteous and unfailingly nice, they give great recommendations, nothing is ever a secret or an unpleasant surprise, and they work a heck of a lot harder than I m willing to. Roger also took the time to find and arrange continuing lawn maintenance for us. I m looking forward to working with them again- I strongly suspect we ll have some garden design going on for next season.

Loyal landscaping did an amazing job. They designed a plan that gave my home a beautiful curb appeal. Even- though it rained continuously work was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. The workers were great and did everything I had asked for. They were efficient, nice and seemed like good people. I would absolutely hire them again.

Roger Stevens and his crew at Loyal Landscaping did an awesome job in my backyard. Cleaned out the entire yard, brought in and spread a couple of yards of black dirt and installed sod from Pine Island, and all natural cedar mulch for the flower beds. They also picked up a beautiful, native pink flowering dogwood and planted it for me. Additionally, they carted up a couple of yards of fresh stone for my dog run. It was no easy feat getting all the materials in the backyard-all uphill and no room for any kind of machines to help. Good old fashioned hard work and they were super polite, pleasant and helpful throughout. I am sure I will have them back in the future.

They did an unbelievable job - had such great ideas and carried them out beautifully...I would never have thought my front garden could be this great....am calling on him again very soon to do the side and back of our property...would recommend him highly...can't wait to see what he has in mind for the rest of the grounds...

Loyal Landscaping did a beautiful job with my landscaping project. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and finished the project in a timely manner. The final project turned out more beautiful then I could ever have imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.

Roger and crew did a great job. Despite a week of sporadic and heavy rain, they watched the forecast, and came early and stayed late to get the job done. It was completed at the estimate price, they did a quality job, and they cleaned everything up before they left.

Never came back to complete job!

Roger and his crew are amazing! Roger had so many wonderful ideas. He listened to what we wanted, needed, colors, and he suggested plants and trees that would be best suited for what we had in mind. We love the way it turned out! He included us in all stages of the job, made sure we liked the placements before he planted. He even put mulch around trees that were already there to complete the look. Roger has a great imagination, it turned out even better than we imagined. His crew was very personable, we liked them all, and plan to have them do our backyard soon.
