+ -1 moreMy garage heater broke-yet again. My dogs sleep in there so it was very important for it to get repaired quickly. Mr. Grace and his assistant showed up on time were friendly professional and knowledgable. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and did a great job.

Description of Work: dennis got lost on the way to our house. he did call on the way, but after we gave him directions, was unable to get to our place. he did not call us again, nor we him.

+ -1 moreI was very happy to have found Dennis and have him install these three units. In terms of price, he came right in at what the larger companies were charging for the same service. He is very professional and I would much rather have a local contractor take care of my needs than just being a number on some corporate list. I would recommend him very highly and will continue to use him for my contracting needs.
Description of Work: We have a three story home and I wanted all three stories to be individually zoned for cooling. Dennis installed three new units, attaching them to the central heating ducts that were already installed. He took about a full day to ensure the proper installation and testing. All used material was thrown away by him when he left.
