Description of Work: Chuck's tests mirroed the home test we did for radon. Therefore, we hired him to install a radon mitigation system. We were happy with the service and the equipment is doing fine.

Description of Work: Chuck was nothing short of awesome. He was very patient, clear, and yet unbelievably swift in accomplishing the task. We initially hired Chuck to do an inspection of our home. We didn't want to sell, but rather gather information about what and when we should address problems. He discovered that our radon count was high and after looking at several vendors, we asked Chuck to do the mitigation. He came the appointed day and was finished in less than two hours. Subsequently, I complained that the fan was too loud and he quickly responded that he would look into it. Initially, his assistant came out and assessed the situation. Besides agreeing that the sound WAS loud, he also discovered that the initial work required some adjustments, which he made on the spot. After seeing that the mitigation was successful (VERY successful), Chuck promised that he would replace the loud fan--FREE. Today, he did so. The new fan is MUCh quieter. Chuck finished the work in less than 30 minutes. amazing. |Chuck is very gregarious, outgoing and friendly. He is very dedicated to establishing a trusting and lasting relationship with his clients. Chuck and his work has made a strong and long-lasting impression on me. I HIGHLY recommend him for both home inspection and radon mitigation. I look forward to addressing on some of the suggestions he made on his inspection report. I TRUST Chuck--which is rare and valuable in this age of quick promises and shoddy workmanship. Description of Work: Chuck inspected the house we bought in early-to-mid March. While he didn't go up on the roof (because it was snowy), he did a good job inspecting the house. He had also inspected a prior house that we were thinking of purchasing in mid-January and got us out of a disaster (mold issues in the basement). Overall - great job and we would use him again! He's also a very friendly and affable guy - easy to get along with.

Description of Work: Excellent inspector! Very thorough and explains everything in detail during process. Punctual and trustworthy. We've used his services multiple times (Westchester) and are very pleased. Highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We are first time home buyers hoping to purchase a short sale. Chuck was punctual and patient. All of our questions were answered thoroughly as he walked us through all repairs that were needed. Our inspection began at 5 pm and lasted approximate 3 hrs. What was even more impressive was that I received an e-mail of the completed report that night. Radon testing was done as well and report received when results were in. I highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: Chuck was outstanding. He arrived early to get a head start on the inspection. He walked me through the entire inspection explaining identified problems. He did not rush the process. The final written report was detailed and included photographs. I used his recommendations to request certain repairs to be made by seller before closing. Chuck clearly represents the buyer, not the real estate agent. Great job.

Description of Work: I am always a bit nervous when i have to pay for services that i have had no experience with before. Chuck made the whole process smooth and easy and even rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. Will recommend and use again.
