JAC was professional and did a beautiful job on our kitchen backsplash. They were reasonably priced and reliable. I would highly recommend JAC Creative Stone Works!

Extremely nice family and very friendly. Showed up on time and finished in less time than we were told. That being said, I am seriously considering having someone tear out much of the work they did so it can be redone. I literally have grout lines that are over 3/4 wide and the grout is higher than the tile in spots. If tile spaces were used, they must have been a mix of different sizes because in some places the spacing is wider and others it is minimal. Some tiles are crooked, others chipped. I hesitated to write this review because I did not want to waste my time but the more I have to look at the tile and listen to every contractor that sees it ask me who did it so they know never to use them, I needed a way to vent my frustration. I was hoping to find a place I can simply post photos instead of writing a review because it would be much more obvious how bad it looks.

I highly recommend JAC Creative Stone Works. Joe is professional and very knowledgeable. They installed a backsplash in our kitchen. It looks beautiful. Joe called a couple of days after the work was completed to see if we were satisfied. I will be using JAC Creative Stone Works for a future bathroom project.

JAC Creative Stoneworks did a great job on my bathroom renovation. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and finished the project in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating when I hit some snags with scheduling conflicts when parts didn't come in on time. I would highly recommend this company, you can't go wrong.

Joe and Joe. The father and son duo worked on my backslash. It was many years in the making. When I met Joe, I knew I wanted him to do the backslash in my kitchen. It took me quite some time to find something I really loved and when I did, Joe calendar was booked. This project was not easy. The glass I choose was not easy to work with and it came with a glued backing rather than the mesh backing. This is where they differentiated themselves. Talent and experience matters and they really needed pulled out all the stops for this job.They managed the challenges with a pleasant demeanor and checked in with me to ensure I was happy with their progress. I am thrilled with their work and cannot wait for their expertise in the master bathroom. In addition, they are punctual, honest and funny. I recommend this father-son duo, hands down without reservation. Five star plus!!!

Joe inspected both of our tiled showers-pointed out where we could repair ourselves and told us we did not need extensive repairs. He is an honest guy who knows his stuff. He did not charge for the inspection; he did no work . We are very happy with his advice, have done what he recommended, and it is working fine. The form required that our answers were misleading because one had to choose and could not fill in some answers. The service was inspection and he did not charge.

Joe and his crew installed a creamic tile backsplash on my kitchen walls. Previously, JAC installed the ceramic tile floor. Hey gave me the best price and fixed a floor tile I damaged while they were there, free of charge. I wanted to pay them and provide a tip, but Joe would not accept anything more than the contracted price, The tile was installed beautifully. I only had a small number of bull nose tiles and they were able to finish the job with them with careful planning. JAC did an amazing job. I will hore them for tile work in my bathroom in the future. I recommend everyone contact JAC. You will be extremely pleased. I cannot imagine how the job could have been done any better and the price was amazing. They came within days of my request. JAC stands behind their work if problems arise.

Extremely pleased with the tile floors installed in my kitchen and hallways. They used fast setting thin-set where needed to accommodate necessary use of the floor. Very organized and neat with their work. The quality was exceptional. Most importantly, the lines of the tile were perfectly straight and well planned to conform with the geometry of the room. Joe performed a special joint between a slab floor and a wood floor to insure the joint will not crack at the joint. They were always on time and worked hard. The job was finished on schedule. The cost was reasonable. I will use them again in the near future to install a back splash in my kitchen and repair a tile wall in a bathroom. HI highly recommend this company.
