Joe and his crew did a great job on our master bathroom tiles, which included flooring, tub deck, and shower, using large format porcelain tiles, and marble accent tiles. Joe kept the job on schedule, arrived on time every day, kept the work area clean and neat, and was very responsive before and during the project. He also made himself available and coordinated with the plumber, when needed, as they each had their own parts to do, but they also had to be on the same page. Joe was honest and straight forward, which we very much appreciate. Since JAC's specialty is tiling and stonework, we hired Joe to be the "tile guy", not the tile guy and plumber and electrician and carpenter all rolled up into one jack of all trades, master of none. We admire his commitment to his skill and trade--it is clear he is very passionate about his work and it shows in his workmanship. More importantly, we appreciate him not pretending to be able to do things that aren't his specialty just to get the job, ending in a potential nightmare in the future. He also helped to guide us through the project with suggestions and tweaks as needed. JAC's pricing was reasonable, and we are very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend him without any hesitation and will hire him again to work on other projects in our home.

We hired JAC to install some herringbone handcrafted glass tile as our kitchen backsplash. We received a few other bids on it and got the impression that because it's glass and the pattern that the install would be a challenge. JAC's bid was the lowest, though that was not why we selected them. We selected JAC because they clearly knew what they were talking about in how to install the title, referencing other projects they had done, and demonstrating how the tile would be installed. In addition they were able to give us a final bid and estimated start date in writing on the spot, unlike others who mailed that information after meeting with us. The job also took less time to install than others had estimated. During work, JAC kept the site spotlessly clean. They were friendly to work with and focused on the job. They were also creative in how they solved various issue that came up, that inevitable come up during construction project large and small. At completion, the install was amazing... Looked amazing. The quality of workmanship clearly visible... The job was very professionally done.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe! Got back to me right away, gave an honest and reasonable quote, showed up exactly when he said he would, finished the job in exactly the time frame he promised and he did an excellent job! We had him work on a cultured stone fireplace and some natural stone tile...it all came out amazing! I would highly recommend him, without hesitation.

Joe and Joe were true professionals: efficient, courteous and honest. JAC listened to our ideas for the job, discussed how to get us there, and did the work with real craftsmanship. They came back to re-grout so the job was just the way we wanted it, and now our kitchen looks just grand.

Joe was a perfect gentleman. arrived on time . very polite. said if we needed to go over anything after job he would come back asap. Our job was very difficult. we had crooked cabinets,counter and sheet rock. Joe did an excellent job to try and compensate for all that. We will be using JAC / Joe again.

I hired Joe and his father to install tile in my bathroom. Joe arrived and gave me a quote which was a very fair price. Joe and his dad showed up on time every day and completed the job in the time frame he gave me. I can't say enough about their work, they did an excellent job. In this day and age it is hard to find someone that will stick to their word. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend JAC. Joe and his father installed the tile in my 6.5 foot walk in shower and laid over 800 square foot of floor tiling throughout my house. I couldn't be happier with his work and I can't say enough about the guy himself. He is dedicated to the job and seems to truly love what he does. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. He showed up everyday early and worked until the job was done. Most importantly he gave me a time frame for my job and he stuck to it. He started the job when he promised and he finished the job when he promised. And, the work is truly beautiful. No complaints whatsoever. Also, he always answers his phone, returns phone calls and makes himself available when you need him. What more can you ask! I couldn't be happier that I used Home Advisor and that they found this contractor for me. One of the best experience I have had with anyone doing work at my house. If you are looking to tile your shower, tub, walls or floors, I highly recommend this guy to you.

Joe and Lenny ripped up my old ceramic tile floor and installed the new tile floor and their work is impeccable. They showed up on time every day, and worked neatly and efficiently the whole time. They are amazing craftsmen and wonderful people. I highly recommend JAC Creative Stone Works.

Joe is great, very knowledgable, helpful and flexible. He gave me good suggestions on the type of tiles to buy. His work is amazing! Tight cuts, nice grout work and cleans everything up when done. Couldn't ask for more.

To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly. Joe has a great personality. We hired him to tile a shower stall, build & tile "pony walls"� to enclose the shower & tile the floor. He rushed through the job. Measurements were not exact. Grout was used to fill in mistakes. Tiles were cut crooked. Chipped tiles were used (when good ones were available). He willingly returned to repair one of the worst areas & the repair wasn't done correctly. I think for basic jobs he would be adequate. I don't like writing this, but it might save someone else problems.
