Excellent work and costumer treatment.

Communication is key. Chris was in contact with me from the start. We had a section that was paved and a part that was gravel, both look great.

They did a good job at the initial install last fall. Larry the owner and Chris the salesperson were very professional and said if I let him make the judgements I would be happy. I like professionals who are proud of their work so was happy to let him. Unfortunately after less than 6 months parts started to Devlop cracks/breaks - so I asked them to fix it - cut the bad part and Re do. Had to chase for over 4 months. Eventually offered to put in a coat of seal if I would pay!!! For a 6 month old drive way! I told them sealing was not enough. They finally went ahead and did a pretty poor patch job - that area of the driveway looks like â crapâ even though it is now just a year old. This was not a small job - over $25k. It would have bee very easy for them to address and keep a happy client who would have given them a lot more business if they had addressed the issue professionally but they decided to take the money and move on and pretty much did not respond anymore. I have picture of what the patches look like but not sure if the site allows uploading pictures....... My last message to them - I did not get a response from Larry the owner. â Hi Chris - Did not hear back from you - I have not been up there yet but spoke my neighbor and understand that you just filled in the cracks with the sealant - exactly what we discussed was not acceptable. I am traveling again soon so unfortunately have reached the end of my patience on this. Please make sure you let your boss know that you have a customer who took him at his word - was initially pleased with the interaction and could have been a great reference client but now is extremely disappointed with your handling of the issues and lack of accountability for what could have been a relatively minor issue if handled with responsibility. I leave for Europe mid next week for 2 weeks and FYI I will be be handing off to deal with as appropriate. If he wants to call and discuss a resolution please have him do so on my cell. At this point I have no interest in talking to you as it seems obvious you either don't know how to deal with customers or have no authority so I don't want to waste my time. I will send this to him directly if I can find the number I think he gave me but please do pass on this message to him as if I ran the company i would want to know!

Chris was the first person who contacted me. I trusted him but they did bad job. I told him i trusted your judgment because i would not be able to stay onsite during that period. They made drive way higher than garage floor at least 2 inches higher than garage entrance. Main entrance door almost same level as drive way. Before they redo, driveway slope was towards outward slope and level to all entrance. I mentioned this issue to Larry when i came home and notice this. He tried to explained that I would not have water issue. Garage entrance and floor is lower than drive way when the rain water or snow go in where it will go. I do not understand this concept. Now, I may need to hire some one else to fix their mistake and pay probably more. My suggestion to everyone be their when they do work otherwise they will do the same thing to you.

The guys were professional, on time, clean and quick. Driveway looks great.

Outstanding !!! Found them on Home Advisor and remembered seeing their sign at other homes in my development. Called was returned the same day. Estimate arrived the day it was promised. We agreed on the terms. Cost was reasonable, they arrived when they said they would and completed a fantastic job when they said they would. Imagine that ! A contractor that calls you back and delivers a quality product on time without hitting you for hidden or last minute charges. A homeowners dream come true. Fantastic job Chris, Larry and crew

Our driveway was a disaster area. Sealking showed up at 8:30, removed old driveway by 10 am. New driveway down by 2. They are very professional and courteous. New driveway looks amazing.
