Miller's Sunshine Cleaning

Overall it was a TERRIBLE experience. Would not use them again nor would I recommend them for any job. Examples included: - Crew did not show up on time, Chris was not present with crew and did not show up to the house at any time. - Crew did not bring their own cleaning supplies, nor was it made known beforehand that the crew would show up without sufficient cleaning supplies. (They brought a duster and stove cleaner) - Floors were not cleaned at all due to them not bringing needed supplies. - Crew were clearly not professionals, did not properly clean ANY section of the house. - Chris will say that the house was "extra dirty" but he did not see the house and when we sent pictures of the terrible job performed, he said "Thanks" - Had the crew stay and re-do areas that were not to standard, only the crew lead attempted to re-do areas while the other 3 members stood outside. - Clearly not qualified to do a "deep cleaning" properly. - Members on crew were talking on the phone and texting on the job in plain view. - Question about overall price, team lead did not know there was a hourly rate charged, team lead thought it was flat fee. It went very well. They are fast and thorough. Floors looked great!

He sent 4 people and they barely cleaned anything for me and he was with them. A touch up and did nothing only did one floor. Then he started trashing me verbally and saying my home was to dirty. Made horrible comments about someone in my home being sick. Bedside manner is horrible. He knew he didn't do his best and called to ask how the work was done. Didn't even dust my home I would love to have my money back.

He was good. I tell him when to come and then schedule my next appointment. I have been using him for 2 years.

I was very satisfied with the people and their service.

I am not really thrilled with them at all. They are okay. Four of them come and they are done in a half hour. I wish I could find someone to open the fridge once in awhile and clean that out as well. I think that the price is reasonable, so I will continue to use them.
