Kehoe Construction

Joe helped us design an extension and stairs to our existing composite deck. Our house is in a condo community and we were restricted in the amount of space we were allowed to use. He was creative in figuring out how to get the best design. He and his crew are very professional, courteous and neat. Beautiful work. We love our deck. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had excellent communication with Kehoe Construction, Joe (the owner) came over to look at the botched up job that another company did a couple years ago. Joe said that he would recommend demolishing the deck because it was structurally unsafe and would cost a ton of money to bring it up to code. And let me say that Joe is definitely a different standard of construction guy that we’ve dealt with in the past. Joe was knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and extremely reliable. He told us the time that his crew could come over to take care of our demo, his guys showed up on time, completed the job, weren’t smoking and leaving cigarettes all over and we paid exactly the price which was quoted. The best part was that after his guys finished, Joe called me to be sure his guys performed to OUR satisfaction. I wish we had found Kehoe construction years ago, I would recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation. Prices were very reasonable, time to complete project was punctual and communication was excellent the whole way through. These guys were life savers!!

Joe Kehoe (owner) Construction did a great job! From the moment I put the request out on HomeAdvisor, he was always responsive, attentive and just a pleasure to work with. He took over my project, filing for permit and scheduling inspections, setting my mind at ease. Joe was on site throughout the project, so I always dealt with him. His rates are comparable and better than most of the quotes I received. He is confident and firm in his quotes. If something changed or was unexpected, he notified me immediately, explained it and we worked out a solution. He was super mindful of my budget and provided different options that worked for both of us. I have a very old house in need of a lot of work, I plan to use Kehoe again.
