Founded in 2023 by Kate Quintard, the Checkout Upstate team is a collective of real estate agents dedicated to providing real estate and property management services in the incredible Hudson Valley and Catskills region. We help short term rental owners easily manage cleanings, general maintenance, and design services. We offer property management packages, as well as on demand services such as cleaning, maintenance and repairs, and design services.
