Hired A to Z to do some siding work at my property in Newburgh NY. The workers were extremely unprofessional . They did the minimum work just to get by. They argued about siding a little balcony i have on my property , also argued putting aluminum wrap around all windows and doors and decided to take it upon them self to do half of them. Ripped my awning and didn't even have the decency to let me know instead tied it together with a shoe string

My wife did not like them. She did not consider it 100 percent done.

The A-Z salesman was very professional and friendly. He gave a good description of the windows. The installers arrived on time and did a great job on the installation. One window turned out to be a different size so they worked around it so the new window would fit. They even stayed and worked in light rain to get the job completed. Would highly recommend them to any customer.

The two gentlemen were a few minutes late but worth the wait in the end. They were excellent and thorough in every aspect of the installation. Their professionalism was in evidence to the last detail. They were proficient, courteous and patient as there were a few minor hiccups to take care of. Not a speck of dirt was left behind. The only thing they left behind were two beautiful doors I am enjoying to the fullest and a great first impression. I am saving toward the next project I'll have in store for A to Z. Thank you.

Excellent work. They showed up on time and got right to work. Felt bad for the guys working in the cool temps and the rain, but they kept at it. They arrived at 10 am and were done at 3 pm. Everything was cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend A to Z Home Professionals to anyone looking for gutter replacement or repair. Just a beautiful job they done!

Showed up with 2 teenage boys to job with little supervision. Window installed without replacing rotting beam beneath; insisted that beam was OK. Contractor unreceptive to owner's comments and went ahead and did job contrary to expectations. Covered up rotting boards in floor without proper removal. Finished floor not level with original so contractor purchased unauthorized piece of oak saddle to cover error. Work performed haphazardly and appeared to be made up as work went along. At finish of job, contractor was unable to install molding around window due to poor placement, but blamed window and suggested gluing molding to window, stating it was and quot;the only way.and quot;

. I am very happy with the work they did. They call ahead of time and show up on time. They have all the materials needed and get straight to the job. Previous to this job, they replaced six windows in my house. We had the exact same experience with A-Z. They came to give a fair estimate, scheduled the job, and came when they said they would. They completed the job with a professional crew. I am happy with their work.

The installation was okay; but it was the quality of the finish work needed a lot to be desired. One of the things that they did was they put a brand new window in the place where there was no window before and they did not put a header above it; so I had to have them ripped it out and put a header in. It was a bearing wall, so that would have been disastrous in the future. They started putting up my house as natural red shade and they started putting up white shade. They didn't care and I had to stop them from doing that. I had some issues with the quality of the miter work and the finishing on the inside. I spent $32000 for the windows and $8000 for the installation. The windows are beautiful, but the quality of the finish work is substandard. The supervisor was the one with whom I had major problems and he was not responsive at all, but some of his other people were. They were subcontracted by Lowe's, so Lowe's have three people to see me as a result of this. I redid some of the work by a private contractor who I have hired to do the kitchen work. They were here when they said they were going to be.

Arrived when they said they would. Removed the old window. Had to replace some rotting wood. Had the window in fairly quickly after that. Removed old sliding glass door, and replaced it with a new one that looks great! Both are Okna low E argon gas. Capped it all off with aluminum. Cleaned up everything, and I mean everything. I am very pleased with their work as usual.

Called John, the owner of A to Z, Told him some siding was hanging off my house from the storm. In 2 days he had guys here repairing it. They do great work, and are very prompt.

They arrived promptly at the time John specified. Kept me abreast of each step they were performing and had me look to make sure I was satisfied. The job was done promptly and proffessionally. They cleaned up every scap and nail or screw. They even went around the house with a metal detector to make sure there were no screws or pieces of metal that they might have missed. They cleaned all finger prints and dirt off the new gutters too. They look and work great.
