Ed was early for our appointment (a big plus in my book)! He recommended ripping the old roof off, which I fully agreed with. He was the only workman who actually measured the roof to price it out. I feel that he gave me a fair price. The work was done today and I’m very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend the O’Brien Brothers

I hired them to fix a leaking skylight. I got prices from three contracting companies, they all fell in a the same range differing insignificantly. I picked OBrian Brothers because of their reviews on Homeadvisor and the impression I got when meeting Edward when he came for the estimate. I liked his professional attitude, honesty and no-nonsense approach. I was happy to see I made no mistake - the job was done quickly, cleanly and with the highest quality. The crew actually went above and beyond the expectations: while working on the roof, Edward noticed a couple of minor problems and fixed them - for free. Thatâ s what I call real professionals who care and take pride in their work! I have plans to replace the house roof next year, and I think I have found my contractor already. I had three pros come to the house to give me a quote to remove my aluminum awning, update the roof it was hanging over (and further down the house), and install gutters on both sides. They were the only ones who gave me a written quote and a guarantee. The price was reasonable and well within my budget. They were able to start the job while I was at work and I met up with them when I got off from work. They were very professional, respected the property, and cleaned up extremely well. I had a leak coming in and needed some of the shingles replaced since they were not supposed to be installed that way (needed appropriate material for the flat part of the roof). Showed up on time. Worked quickly and got the job done in the amount of time they said it would take. They put a tarp down and cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. Was a great experience overall from the estimate all the way through completion. Responsive, direct, and helpful. The 5 year guarantee was also a huge incentive since the other companies I contacted only offered 2-3 years. I would highly recommend using Oâ Brien Brothers!

Edward oBrian real professional did what he said and very good looking & clean a great job. The company team is very safety minted - I wanted to view type of work that preformed on my house a two story colonial - being at age 80 not easy to Climb a long latter. Both Rick and Michael jumped in one holding the top and other holding bottom to avoid Latter from tipping over and falling. Both held the latter - got a birds eye view - great job.
