GOOD WOOD SHOP

Took a couple of weeks to finish. Had four to five workers come out to do different things. Staff was friendly. They work really good. Was satisfied with the job.

I'm happy to recommend them. The man is actually a cabinet tree person and he's fabulous. If you buy them from the person that puts them in there's no tax so that was a big savings. I was really happy with their work. They paid attention to a lot of things and helped me with like the counter tops etc. I trusted them a lot and gave me a reason to trust. I like the idea that they install their work than buying and very careful in every detail until the end. They know everything about it.

They removed two existing cabinets on the dates promised, leaving us with a working kitchen for the two week period that the doors and cabinets were being finished. We had been told it was a three day job for the new installation of the above items, however it took 7 business days for the work to be completed. The crew showed up on time every day, as promised and worked very professionally. They did all the work that was promised and cleaned up nicely. The kitchen looks amazing and they did a great job.

To make a long story short, Tim and Pam Holz from the Good Woodshop exceeded all expectations. Over the last year I renovated my home, including a gut and high end rebuild of my kitchen. We initially were supposed to work with another kitchen subcontractor brought in by our GC, but he backed out early on because he said he wasn't able to build the cabinets we wanted, which was a recreation of the Siematic Beaux Arts line of cabinets. Our GC eventually brought in Tim and Pam, who worked very closely with us from the planning phase to the final product. Essentially, they built us the perfect kitchen, with incredible attention to detail, from perfect lacquer on the cabinets to the most clever inserts in the drawers. Amazingly, this was done at an extremely reasonable price, at a much higher quality than Siematic would have provided, and with vastly greater level of personalization and care (Tim put up with many last minute changes my wife made without complaints or add on charges!). In a home renovation filled with headaches, problems and delays, working with Tim and Pam made it all worth it for me and my wife.
