Amazing. Randy come and did our home inspection within just a few days. He arrived early, went thru the entire property, was down to earth and very knowledgeable. When he was done, we got a full report in a professional binder and 116 photos emailed to us. We were there and were able to ask any questions. For us, this was a spur of the moment decision. Randy's communication and willingness to help was amazing. He went above and beyond. We would most certainly use him again if we ever needed a home inspection done. A+++

Randy arrived on time and met the Real Estate Agent and myself (buyer, 1:15 away...) at the house to be inspected in Canton, NY. He didn't lose a second inspecting the exterior and roof (didn't climb on it because of rain and moss accumulation, but took a good look at it from different point of views - outside, second floor windows for porch roof). The house inspection was thorough and he constantly showed and explained the problems encountered (relative to electrical and construction codes, possible insurance concerns,...) and hinted at actions to be taken with level of urgency. As it was an 1880 built house, many features were new to me (knobs and tubes, asbestos linings...) and his explanations were clear and wise. He produced a written 9 pages report on the spot (took him only 15 minutes - lots of checks and and quot;fill-in the boxand quot; but also short sentences on items needing follow-up) after the two hours inspection mentionning each elements he noticed during the inspection. It did help us in deciding to keep going with our purchase of the house and better plan the course of our actions (urgent repairs, not-so-urgent repairs, cosmetic repairs and eventually upgrades on all systems of the house (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) for the next few years.
