I have found this company to be efficient, friendly and dependable. Russ is especially professional. This fact was clear to me in my very first experience with his work. I was expecting his crew to show up on a particular day. Due to poor weather, his schedule had changed.I called him to say that I was disappointed that my yard wouldn't be ready for company I was expecting. That very same day, Russ sent his crew to take care of my lawn. Every contact, since that time, has been pleasant. Needless to say, I am impressed with the quality of work and customer service I have received.

Very happy to have found Russ and his company. When my mom first purchased her house, it was a nightmare to find someone we could trust. I finally feel like I found someone I can trust in Russ at East Ridge. It is a relief to know that I can call Russ to swing by and help take care of things. They take care of lawns and any additional work you might need around the house. I will use them for a long time coming. Thanks guys!

It took several emails and three trips for all the work we had verbally agreed to, to get done. I should not have o be so persistent, however work was complete and results look great. I recommend written contracts for anyone considering this service company.
