Overall, it was an instructive experience for me and he took care of the many problems on my PC.

I placed a call to Ron and he responded immediately. We set a date and time and he was punctual, very personable and knowledgeable. I had purchased a new HP laptop (my old one was 22 years old!) and HP printer/scanner/copier/fax which I wanted him to set up. Ron wasted NO time getting right to the task at hand. He set up my laptop, he transferred information from my old PC onto my laptop, had to trouble shoot to make that work, he was multi-tasking between my new laptop, old PC and my husbands laptop. Thankfully he saw my husbands anti-virus had expired and set him up so our banking is now safe! Trust me Ron is also a wonderful teacher. He accomplished all I expected and more. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I will be scheduling a return visit to have him show me a few new things.

In a nutshell, Ron is the whole package: Punctual, Personal, and Professional. Add a "T" to that for "teacher." Everything was explained in terms that I could actually understand and process. Most importantly, my stress level has been significantly reduced because I am confident in the service that KNR provides. That in itself is worth every penny! I initially called Ron and scheduled a tune-up because I was experiencing problems with my work laptop. However, it turned out that the Vista OS was failing - not a surprise for those who have owned computers with Vista OS. Ron went above and beyond in service and time -- and while he was able to significantly improve its performance, it was clear that I was going to need to invest in a new laptop. Ron helped me identify what I needed and didn't need in a system, and then came back when my new laptop arrived to set everything up for me; laptop, wireless, anti-virus software, transfer of backed up data, etc. He even placed a folder on my desktop for the extra "computer-health" programs he installed so that I would have the info readily accessible in the future. The icing on the cake is that, once you are a KNR client, you can contact them with questions for no extra charge - and answers are always received promptly! I have already - and will gladly continue to recommend Ron and KNR Computer Service to anyone looking for reliable technical support.

I called for an app't. Ron was punctual as usual and cleaned up the problem computer invaders, introduced some new security systems and got me squared away for another many months. I plan on continuing to use KNR because I trust the company and they keep me on line.

Other than the bad piece of hardware the service was excellent.

I felt that Ron Walls was honest, had the latest software and hardware knowledge,explained what he was doing, encouraged questions, and really wanted you to be satisfied with the service he provided. Work was thorough, efficient, and reasonably priced.At the end of his service visit, I felt that my computer had been thoroughly checked out, more up to date software (especially security) installed, and that the hardware and software were working OK

Repair person (forgot name) was courteous on phone, set up quick appointment and arrived at scheduled time. He was friendly and encouraged me to watch while he was able to download all my neighbors data to a usb chip. Extremely competent and reasonably priced.

Contacted the owner, Ron, via e-mail and he returned a phone call to me within the day. We set up a time and he was here exactly at the appointed time...I am computer challenged but with Ron he explains, step by step, what he is doing and why. Very polite and informative...He left and I had a question....called him and he called me back immediately answered my question and once again I am a happy customer of KNR Computer Service

I've been using this company for about 3 years and I would not use anyone else for my annual computer checkup. First of all, Ron and Mike are very personable guys, so it is like having a friend over to your house. Secondly, their knowledge always amazes me, especially since technology changes so fast. They are always on top of the latest things. They remove the outdated items on my computer and update or replace them with what is current and most efficient. And I always learn a ton of stuff from them. It's like taking a class! And they are very patient when I ask them to repeat things. They also troubleshoot very well and don't stop until they find and fix the problem. When they leave I always feel like I've gotten my money's worth, and then some!

I've been working with Ron for about 5 years. He answers all questions and demonstrates how to do whatever I have questions about. he takes my old computers and other electronics and recycles them

It was excellent. I have two computers and he worked on both of them. He is friendly, clean and sociable. When he is working on the computer he will teach you things in order to help you in the future. He will even walk you through things on the phone.

My initial email to KNR was answered by a 'phone call the same day. I was able to schedule a service call within a few days (had to work around my work schedule). I was invited to stay and watch while Ron (the owner) checked out my situation. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions for changes that would speed things up and improve my workstation security. He ran into a situation that was a "first" for him, but he was able to resolve it and did not charge me for the time necessary for him to learn something new. He was able to explain in language that made sense to me without making me feel I was being talked down to. Overall a positive experience.

My computer was totally dead. Ron diagnosed the problem quickly, had the new power supply part with him, took out the old power supply, and installed the new one. He also installed the external hard drive I bought so that I wouldn't lose my photos or documents in a future crash. The computer works great and I didn't lose any data. Also, Ron was able to fit me in on the day I called so I was without a computer for less than a day.

Ron did a great job getting my computer back in top running shape! He really knows what he is doing and explains everything as he works. I recommend him highly!

Ron Walls of KNR Computer Service comes to my home in order to fix any problems with my computer. I greatly appreciate that he will come to my house in order to do this. Ron answers any & all of my questions in a very understandable manner. He will also make suggestions regarding improvements & these are always beneficial for me. At the end of these sessions my pc's speed is tremendous compared to what it was previously & any annoying quirks or issues I had with it are totally resolved to my satisfaction. I've not only had Ron(and his associates) service my pc a number of times,but I have purchased my latest pc through KNR because I have unquestioned trust in Ron & KNR Computer Service having my best interest at heart. Ron arrived right on time. He was very courteous and informative. Because my computer is very old he explained different ways to get the most out of it in a way I could understand. He had a few suggestions as to how I could save some money by using different products. I will surly use his service again.

Ron worked fast and efficiently to clean up a very sluggish desktop and set up my new laptop. He also answered several questions via e-mail a couple of days after his home visit. This is a service that is part up his initial fee.

Ron arrived right on time and proceeded to check out the computer. He found lots of errors on my external hard drive and had to convert the drive to NTFS. He installed two new utilities to help keep my computer safe and left me with detailed instructions to complete the conversion of the hard drive.
