Description of Work: Ron arrived punctually to uninstall our HP printer from the computer. He worked diligently for two hours trying to resolve the issue; however, he was unable to complete the task due to computer error. During this time frame, he cleaned up a lot of small issues within the computer itself. He also provided us with good direction towards purchasing a new printer. He felt that his charge for two thirds of an hour was fair for what he did accomplish in his two hour effort.

Description of Work: The computer works fine and fast. The young man was very congenial and explained some aspects. I a very pleased.

Description of Work: I actually thought I had already written a review, but it must not have gone through, sorry KNR. We were having problems with our laptops and needed some clean up and organizing suggestions. Ron was able to clean up and speed up our laptops and gave us some great suggestions on how to keep them running efficiently. We would definitely recommend KNR and plan on using them again in the future!

Description of Work: Received PC tuneups on a desktop and a laptop computer. Ron Walls was extremely helpful; cleaned up both computers for faster processing time and "tuned us in" to applications that better suit our needs. In addition, as part of his fee for the in-home computer services he provided, Ron will be available via e-mail and telephone for help with computer questions on an ongoing basis. Being the "non-tech" users that we are, we feel that we have found an invaluable resource in KNR Computer Service.

Description of Work: We are a small professional office and rely on our small in office computer network. KNR came to our rescue twice in a month to help eliminate a virus which had shut down one computer entirely and helped restore our email account on another desktop. They were professional, polite, thorough and timely. The price charged was a relative bargain and we plan to use them again as needed.

Description of Work: Needed to have my computer looked at for problems-----the problem was deep rooted so advised to get a new computer eventually but he (Ron Walls) did everything in his power to fix it. Was very knowledgeable, courteous, answered all questions and I was very happy with him. Will definitely call on him in the future to set up my new computer. I give him an AAAAAA rating!!

Description of Work: Ron helped me order a new computer because mine was quite old and needed upgrading...Please know that he received NO commission from the company. It was delivered to my home and Friday May 6...he came right on time and installed the new computer while explaining to me what he was doing... I am NOT computer smart but found him very patient when explaining the operation to me....I have used him in the past and will surely use him again....

Description of Work: I have had Ron three times now....I have an older computer and every now and then it needs a jump. While he was here the last time he recommended that I update to a new computer...He helped me decide what I needed in a home computer...he even ordered it for me even though he doesn't get ANY cut ....When it is delivered, he will set it up for me... my grandchildren are getting my old one..... Can't say enough about his service....WONDERFUL
