Very good and on time

5 quotes were obtained for the furnace replacement and AC installation. Wilson Bros were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, however, several aspects led the decision to select Wilson Bros. These included knowledge of the requirements of the job, honest appraisal of required components, promptness in quote information, Angie's list recommendations and word of mouth recommendation by another tradesman in the business. The job was arranged for a Friday and Monday and come ~ 6pm Monday, the jo was successfully completed. Both Joshua and Tom were tremendous to deal with. They answered questions clearly and in plain language and paid attention to detail. They were considerate of the surroundings and were very thorough in their clean up. They also repaired a couple of other issues that were not part of the original quote - which was greatly appreciated. They stayed on the job until everything had been checked off and made sure they explained how everything worked. Lastly, they had terrific personalities and were very easy to have in the house. Oh yes, I mustn't forget - they were good looking too :) I would highly recommend Tom and Joshua from Wilson Bros for any heating or cooling work and look forward to seeing them again when servce time comes around.

See above recitation of the whole sequence. I told you the story in the paragraph above that it did not go so great as I would have expected. The service person also said that I should be happy to have gotten an ANGIE's list price instead of the $82.00 they charge for just coming. in my opinion they use ANGIE's list as a come on and then charge high prices for each task you want done. ANGIE's list should also ask for specific discounts of work performed by contractor.

PERFECT!!!!! They arrived on time, worked diligently and did an excellent job. I recommended them to a friend who had them install a new furnace and A/C unit and she, too, was extremely pleased with their work. They are fabulous to deal with. They explain everything in terms that the average homeowner can understand. They are very polite and are an absolute pleasure to have do work for you.

There is something to be said about a service provider who doesn't try to upsell a consumer. I expected to be told I was going to need to spend more money. After the cleaning I was told to consider changing the filter. Also, my furnace was of a brand he didn't carry. I was told I had a "special"filter that costs over $100.00. The service man told me "you can use the "special" filter or a regular filter from Home Depot." The rep gave me the measurements of the filter and said Thank you for your business. I saved money three times with this one visit- a great coupon, no additonal spend with the call, and the knowledge I would save money on future filters. I am very pleased. Thank you Angie's List and WIlson Heating and Cooling.

Great! They were very professional and thorough. The technician explained what kind of condition the air conditioning system was in and what he would recommend for the future. He didn't try to sell me anything, which I appreciated, but told me roughly what a new unit would cost from them when we were ready.

I just moved into my new home & wanted the AC cleaned and checked.. The Wilson Brothers were contacted and were very responsive.. Cleaned up after themselves.. Very professional

The price was an Angie's Deal, not his usual price. He did not have the part required but said he would look for one and get back to us. It was two or three weeks before he called back and I thought he had forgotten about us, but he did call with good information about why no part is available. He quoted $225 to install a new toilet, which we have not done because we're considering a bathroom remodel.

Tom Checked my AC system to identify the zone problem. Tom found the problem without taking a single tool out, something that the previous service person never even bothered to check. He told me how I could fix the problem myself at a significant savings rather than having him do it. Although, he told me to call if I ran into any problems. I will definitely be using his company for future heating//cooling needs. Plus it's nice to deal with a family operation.

The house was in New Baltimore and we couldn't find anyone who was willing to travel that far except the Wilson Bros. They were professional and friendly. Definitely a company we will use again.

We used one of the Angie's List Big Deals for their services. I think it was Tom Wilson that came, and he is very nice. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very punctual. We are definitely following up on some of the things he said. I felt that the others were perhaps a little over the top. I would use them again.

First, calling into the Wilson office, I was greeted with a nicely toned voiced. The young woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I had asked a specific question which the woman handed me off to another very pleasant woman, who answered my questions and scheduled my appointment. She even told me about a coupon available on Angies List that I could save some money. I was lucky that they had an opening the next morning.The next morning the service tech "Josh" arrived a bit prior to the scheduled time and my tenant told him he would have to come back at 10am when I arrived, which Josh had right on the button. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Really made me feel comfortable and explained many aspects of my system and allowed me to ask many questions. He cleaned my system and recharged the freon. I was very happy with the service. matter of fact, a contractor I work with on other properties and project I called him and asked him if he ever used Wilson Bros.? He said he had not, but I did encourage him to give them a shot on his need project / job needing any HVAC work. The change out of my thermostat was quick and painless. Again, Josh explained the thermostat, how to correctly use it and made sure I was comfortable with using it. I must say I have used other HVAC companies on projects and jobs previously. I'm thinking Wilson Bros. are my go-to guys now. I would highly recommend them. I'm continually asked who I would recommend for specific jobs from friends and relatives. I'll be telling them Wilson Bros.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the company to the point where we even received a thank you letter for our business. Gentleman was prompt, professional, and very helpful.

They were very very punctual. They will show up as soon as possible for emergencies. They're very curdious. They will go out of there way to make sure that all your needs are met when they work with you.

From the initial conversation with the receptionist, I knew I was engaging with a truly professional company. Just the tone of the receptionist alleviated my anxiety. We made an appointment and they called back to ask if it was ok for them to come a little earlier (which I was even more pleased with). The owner came and immediately began working on the furnace. He was very polite and explained each part of the process. I was satisfied with the bill. I almost never rate any company all A's, but this is the first. This customer is very pleased.

They hooked up my dehumidifier to the pump. They clean up after themselves and even wear booties around the house. Them seem to remember you and even pet your dog. There are really personable and very friendly. They actually tell you what services they are performing and show you how its done. I am very happy with their services.

Tom Wilson and his team were excellent. The work they did was Top notch. During the installation I had a family emergency energy I had to leave them. They had access to the house during this time and they even took time out for our -2 dogs. And they stand behind their work. I had an issue and ask they com we out anadromous check the thermoastat ( which was also replaced). They were able to come out n my schedule and were on time. Turned out it was the design in my house and not the air conditioner. But they stayed for about an 1.5 hours just too make sure it wasn't related to the thermostat or new compress. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom Wilson replaced our hot water heater the same day it failed. I called him at 7:30 that morning and we had a new one at 3:30pm that afternoon. Tom was very courteous and professional and I appreciated the same day service. I highly recommend Wilson Brothers.

Wilson Bros. arrived on time, professional looking. They took out the old stuff and installed the new. They kept me informed of what was going on, addressed my concerns and were very neat during the process. They took away the old stuff and cleaned up everything. They even paid attention to my dogs. All of this was done over a day and a half. They have since been back to perform annual service on the equipment. Very friendly and neat.

THEY CAME, CHECKED EVERYTHING AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG THE JOB WOULD TAKE AND WHEN THEY COULD DO IT. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME A LOT OF INFORMATION. THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. I GOT OTHER ESTIMATES AND THEIR PRICE WAS SIMILAR. I CHOSE THIS SMALLER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE MORE PERSONABLE. I HAVE CALLED THEM SINCE WITH QUESTIONS AND THEY RESPOND RIGHT AWAY.
