I have used Wilson Bros several times. The most recent time was to have a new furnace installed. Their work is superior and I would highly recommend them. They explain everything in terms a homeowner can easily understand. They are very polite and they leave everything nice and clean, unlike some other companies who leave a mess.

They are always fast , efficiently and correctly.

Tom does excellent work, on time, and for a fair price. Far better experience than I had with another local contractor, both professionally and price wise.

They were punctual and friendly. He had the same crew for all our jobs and they were friendly and helpful. We joined the boiler service club which makes the calls cheaper, I'd recommend that. After a boiler repair to the circulator we need a follow up visit to have some air bubbles let out of it and they came quickly and no charge.

He was honest and told me that the boilers need to be replaced, so I'm looking into options for other heating systems since replacing the boilers is incredibly expensive. The two technicians were very knowledgeable and thoughtful in their problem solving approach. They kept me informed as they developed a sensible approach to correct the drain problem. The owner and his employees were very professional. They took the time to fully answer any questions I had before and during the installation process. I was extremely satisfied with their work product and attitude. They were prompt, cleaned up the work area when they were finished, and went the extra mile to see that I was completely satisfied with the job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We were - and are - impressed with their professionalism. Tom (owner) visited himself to scout the work. The service people he sent, including Josh, were extremely courteous and efficient. They explained a myriad of questions patiently, carefully and in a way that lay people would understand. In our experience, that is a rare and nice characteristic. Perhaps most impressive is that Josh and his colleague were neat to the point that we hardly knew they had visited. It was as if the two new furnaces, well, simply appeared in place of the original units. And we have been pleased with the performance so far of the new equipment.

It took 2 days to accomplish this job. Three men arrived at 8am each day and left at 5pm each day. They were hard workers and didn't even take a break except for lunch. Each day they started by putting down floor covers over the living room carpet to protect it from soot. They warned me when it would be extremely noisy so I could go outside, if need be, with my grand daughter. I couldn't believe they were able to break up that humongous WW2 boiler and bring it up very narrow stairs with limited access from the cellar. They took the time to tidy up the area each day. Tom's parting words were "I'll be back to recheck everything after a few days and make sure there are no problems with the job". The men were all very polite. I felt comfortable with them there in the house.

I found them on Angie's List and they did not try to sell me stuff I did not need.

When he came by and realized how hot my house was, he immediately scheduled to do the work the very next day. He brought a helper and the two of them worked all day the next day. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves.

We moved into our house about a year ago. This 1957 house had all of the original HVAC equipment so we needed the whole deal replaced. The gentlemen at Wilson Brothers were curtious and respectful throughout the entire estimate and decision making process. Any and all questions were answered honestly, without speaking down to me and without a sales pitch attitude. Despite such a huge financial commitment, the folks at Wilson Brothers left us with the best feeling and confidence in their product, information and service. They were right on time this morning and within 7.5 hours replaced our entire HVAC system with a state of the art system, cleaned up thoroughly, explained and programed the thermostat and showed me each and every aspect of the work they did including answering my questions. I was assured that two copies of paperwork would arrive in the mail in the next two weeks with directions as to how to get the rebate from National Grid for the high efficency equipment we purchaced. I was left feeling confident that the job was done with a high degree of skill and was assured that this company stands firmly behind all of what they do. We will also be signing up for their reasonably priced preventative care contract.

The cellar leaks were fixed quickly by a very courteous and professional Josh. The faucet was resistant to his attempts to fix it, and when it was done, Josh said that it might not last long because there was some internal damage. Unfortunately, the fix lasted only two days. Josh and a trainee came back a few days later and installed a new type of fixture, which solved the problem. Josh wasn't able to show up on the first call back day, but called in plenty of time, explaining that emergencies meant he couldn't come until the next day. He gave us a discount because we had exposed the pipes for him, then also applied a senior citizen discount I hadn't thought to request initially. He was quick, polite, wiped his feet of snow, and very professional. We would employ Wilson Brothers again.

All my experiences with them have been very good. I have been using them for five years. It is only recently that I found out that they are on Angie's List. They are professional and have reasonable price. They make an appointment with you and come when they say they going to be there. They look at whatever you have and get it done. They gave us what we wanted. I am totally satisfied with their service.

Replaced 1st shutoff dismally - cut pipe to wall edge. Plumber made suggestions for future work: he needed assistance to replace the drain in bathtub, and he could not replace toilet bowl second shut-off without drilling into floor, I had a 2nd plumber by. This plumber replaced the shut-off without drilling into floor and said drilling into floor was unnecessary. He said there was no need to replace the drain - just clean it with brush which I did without issue..
