Description of Work: They replaced an AC unit and redid some piping to my hot water heater. The service turned out great.

Description of Work: Wilson Brothers installed two new toilets for us. They also installed a condenser pump for our furnace/AC. All in all they did an excellent job and were very professional. I will definitely hire them in the future for our plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time, completely checked out my A/C system and performed a cleaning and testing of said system. He reccommended replacing my heating and a/c system with a newer high effeciency system and gave me the sales office number for an estimate.

Description of Work: I called the guy looking for a quote and felt like he didn't want my business because I said I was trying to compare prices and he flat out said he wasn't going to the cheapest. I then told him if he didn't want the work I would look else where and he then said he would come quote it anyhow. He never came and wasted my time so I'm not sure what was up apparently my money is good enough. I have sense contracted another company who showed up for the quote.

Description of Work: Wilson Brothers Heating, Cooling and Plumbing installed a new furnace, high efficiency air conditioner, and high efficiency aircleaner in my home. They also fixed the old air conditioner in the spring before I decided to replace it. They were prompt, professional and took the time to explain very carefully various options and what work would be done and gave me a very accurate estimate about when it would be completed. I was impressed with their technical efficiency. They took the time to explain how they would improve upon the original system by replacing it with a much more efficient one. I felt very secure in leaving my home to let them work in it. I was impressed by their care in working on the system. They did not appear to rush and were fussy, qualities I look for. I am looking forward to having a natural gas generator installed in the near future and I am thinking about replacing my thermostats by this company. I plan to rely on them for service/maintenance, too! I would highly recommend this contractor.

Description of Work: I AM HANDICAPPED so I didn't watch them perform services. They explained in detail what they did, were courteous and I much preferred them to anyone who has worked here before. Excellent service, polite and on time.

Description of Work: I signed up for the Angies list promo and they agreed to come only because of the promo, because I was outside the distance they travel to jobs. When the serviceman arrived, he was apologetic and said that the Clifton Park branch comes routinely to Saratoga Springs area and that my home was easy to reach, they could return again. He said they use that excuse to screen customers who might not be able to pay quickly, and I overheard him telling his boss on the phone that the area was very nice. He took the specs on heating and cooling equipment in my home in case they need to return for other calls. The service tech was polite and efficient, quickly and neatly fixing a badly leaking drain connection to the kitchen sink. He was paid by check before leaving, and it was cashed quickly without incident. I called them this week to come for a clogged drain and a yearly furnace cleaning service. The response was that they are taking no new furnace customers, and that I was outside their service area. I don't have a problem so much with the plumbing company, but with the scant listings of service providers close to my home.

Description of Work: The service was advertised as a complete A/C tune-up and inspection, which was performed. The serviceman also checked my electronic air cleaner, Culligan air system and whole house humidifier (which is disconnected). He partially checked the furnace as well. He gave me a full rundown and made suggestions. I admit I was skeptical because this was my first "Big Deal" purchase on Angie's list. I fully expected to be told I needed this, that and the other thing, but I did not spend an additional dime. He offered to send me info regarding a new humidifier, which I accepted. I am very happy with the service.
