He never called back

I contacted New Scotland Tile based on a referral from Best Tile in Schenectady. I called Rob the same morning I received the referral. I was very lucky because Rob called me back in less than an hour and was at my house in less than two! He came over, quoted the job, and was very thorough and was able to squeeze me in within a week! (This is not the norm) We unfortunately had contractors leave in the middle of the job. It actually worked out to our favor because Rob was able to come in and circumvent the job being done incorrectly and his crew actually corrected many of their prior mistakes. Rudy was meticulous and not only completed the tiling job to perfection but did other things in the bathroom to fix many mistakes. They did a beautiful job and working with Rob and his crew was so easy. I will be reaching out to them for my next bathroom remodel. If you want it done right and with perfection, New Scotland Tile is the one to hire!

Rob took on this job in an emergency situation and fit us into his schedule. He had us back in our kitchen in a week and had the entire job completed within the month. His team is highly professional. They were meticulous -- laid down rugs and tarps to keep the area clean, ordered additional parts to ensure that our cabinets fit perfectly, reordered our tile and materials so that we had the proper supplies and took the time to make sure that the project was done correctly. Their work is meticulous and we could not be happier.

Well I have to give the counter-top and back-splash a superb A, looks fantastic. We had an initial problem because the old counter-top was about 1/2 inch thicker than the new granite counter-top so our flat-top stove, which used to be level with the counter-top sat about a half inch higher than the counter-top after completion. After letting them know our displeasure the counter-top people came back, ripped everything out, and New Scotland Tile came back and retiled so now we are very happy! We would use their services again.

They were wonderful. The work was fine and we were very happy. They were there seven o'clock every morning. They were neat and they did everything I've asked from them. It was quite a bit of work. They were excellent; I would have them again in a minute. I thought the price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their quality of work. I was very pleasantly surprised with them. They cleaned up after work and everything was taken out every day.

They are really good. They did a great job of making sure dust did not get spread around, and they bagged up all the insulation.

Poorly. I hoped I could hire him to do several jobs, but would never do it now.
