Have used these guys in the past to clean my tank and install a drainage line and field. This time they were summoned due to a back up in my main drain line, which another provider was unable to free up with a power snake. Problem was, it was the middle of January and the ground of course was frozen solid. They responded immediately, and dug up about a 12 square foot area that was two feet deep to reach my tank. Subsequent snaking of the line from the tank on back to the house, along with a pump out, solved the problem. A great, labor intensive effort. Highly recommended.

We have used this service for 25 years. Tom and son Steve do a fantastic job. We were late in having our septic cleaned out ( we usually do it every 5 to 7 years) Pump out revealed that those years flushing baby wipes did not do our system any good at all. NOt sure if the probs we had were caused by this but will not flush them anymore! The gentlemen came and did the cleanout and found the probs, returned 2 days later to move and replace what they had to. We are extremely happy with thier work!

Really excellent service. We called them on Thanksgiving Eve, 2007 with a completely blocked septic line from the house. We were panicked because we were planning a house full of guests the following day for Thanksgiving's dinner. They actually came out on Thanksgiving morning, dug up the tank cover, cleared the line and drained the tank all before the first guest arrived. Yes, it was quite a bit more expensive, but they easily could have told us we'd have to wait. This kind of service is so very rare these days, and we couldn't have appreciated it more.

HE WAS HERE RIGHT ON TIME. HE DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL EVERY THING WAS DONE THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE AND THEN HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. THE PRICING WAS FAIR FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED.
