Description of Work: They did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher. My toddler sat on the dishwasher door when it was open a few too many times and caused the pan to bend and therefore water was leaking out. The options were to buy a new dishwasher, a new pan (same price as a new dishwasher) or be creative and find a way to prop the pan up by jerryrigging (sp) it with a little wood found in our garage and some creativity. I took the last option and haven't had any problems and am so grateful for their willingness to think outside the box and put me, the customer, first.

Description of Work: We were having a problem with our old stovetop...kept clicking when no gas applied. Worried that gas may be leaking. Called Al Pickering...he assured me that there is no danger, but that stovetop old. I asked about replacement parts. Al looked up replacement parts and told me that stovetop so old and weird, that there are actually two replacement parts needed...one still available and one not. We chose to replace the whole stovetop. Al came to our house within one day of my original call, called back within one hour with the estimate for repair or replacement, and within 3 hours with the full replacement cost. We hired him to replace our stovetop. We thought this was an easy job but he and his son were here for quite some time as there were extenuating circumstances. Al took it all in stride and was cheerful and professional throughout.I cannot say enough about this guy...he is friendly, honest, professional and on-the-spot prompt.
