+ -1 moreJim has been by far the best tradesman we have dealt with since we moved to the area. He was punctual (and called well in advance if he was going to be late), and very reasonable price-wise. He is also very meticulous and went above and beyond by getting a new digital thermostat to work on our 15 year old heat pump (he called the manufacturer to troubleshoot). I highly recommend Jim for all your heating HVAC and electrical needs.
Description of Work: Jim performed work on our heat pump (we had purchased a home warranty) and he stayed on budget and on time. He also corrected an electrical issue for us and pulled new wire and installed a timer switch for us.
