Description of Work: Detailing was good. But they missed the window tops. No one in charge was there to do paperwork or interface at drop off to assure they were doing what I wanted, just left keys with detailer who seemed confused. Work was good, will use them again.

Description of Work: Had the Silver package for cleaning my car, inside and out, which is the highest price. Inside my car was really dirty as I frequently have my 8 year old grandson with me. They shampooed rugs and simonized everything inside and then washed and waxed outside of car. They did a fantastic job, looks like a new car (2006 Subaru Forester) Thanks for recommending them.

 + -1 moreI get my cars regularly detailed. I've tried a variety of places in the area including dealerships, a body shop, and multiple independent detailing shops. This is by far the best I've found in the Endicott area. They are consistently thorough (most other places always end up missing something...some area...some detail). Superior Shine never does. This is also the only non-bodyshop that will doing buffing out of fine scratches (that I have been able to find). They can do spot area buffing, or their Gold pkg includes a complete buffing...which you can opt for ever couple of years to get a deep down smooth shine. They area incredibly accomodating with scheduling. They can fit you in almost any weekday and will even schedule on Saturdays per request. They will even pickup and/or drop off your car if needed. They are a little more expensive than the others I've used (by about 10%), but as I've mentioned, they are the most thorough and reliable. I've never had a complaint and have been there a dozen times now. If you're in or around the Endicott area and looking for a detailing of your car, you HAVE to try them out. I highly recommend them.
