"Joe" came by to assess the extent of the damage; said they'll order the parts from local

lumber house and fix the problem!. false promise after false promise!

after nearly two months of unsuccessful contacts and follow-ups no

immediate resolution (or dispute settlement) seemed at hand; consequently, submitted a

formal complaint to the Small Claims Court; a default judgment was later granted by virtue

of a "no-show" on their part. at this point,It probably wasn't very hard for them to figure-out what to

expect if they didn't abide by the court order.?!

Avoid dealing with them at ALL possible costs!!!

Called to get a quote on driveway paving. Phone was answered by an answering service, who stated that all reps were out on jobs at the moment. Left name and number with answering service for a return phone call. Nearly one month later, no one has returned my call. I assume they do not need my business, and I have no interest in doing business with them at this point.
