poorest customer relations; Very hard to communicate with and get a commitment from;
once job was completed, noticed damage to the garage-door brick molding.
"Joe" came by to assess the extent of the damage; said they'll order the parts from local
lumber house and fix the problem!. false promise after false promise!
after nearly two months of unsuccessful contacts and follow-ups no
immediate resolution (or dispute settlement) seemed at hand; consequently, submitted a
formal complaint to the Small Claims Court; a default judgment was later granted by virtue
of a "no-show" on their part. at this point,It probably wasn't very hard for them to figure-out what to
expect if they didn't abide by the court order.?!
Avoid dealing with them at ALL possible costs!!!
