to replace We hired MATCO ELECTRIC CORPORATION to replace electrical wiring, powerbox and outlets in a house we bought, that had been flooded back in Sept 2011.We were told it would take 3-4 DAYS to complete the job and it ended up taking 4 WEEKS to complete the job.The job started out with 2 male employees of Matco, working on the site. We never knew what time of day, they would be starting or ending. They came and went as they pleased.1 worker would just leave for personal reasons or not even show up to work. No call, No show on some days.Never called to say if they would be late or not even coming to work that day. We never knew when they would be here. It was a guessing game. When we called Matco, the manager Phill, said that his employees were there working, when they weren't.We kept track of the hours they came and went. The other employee was newer to Matco. he started about a year ago. He was polite and friendly. He showed up when he said he would be there. Unlike the other guy.4 weeks later, it was finally done.I wrote a letter to the President of Matco complaining of the situation and that it should be addressed.I would NOT recommend Matco at this time.Unless the company takes responsibility and corrects the wrongs, I would not ever use them again.3-4 days shouldn't turn into 4 weeks.
Description of Work: Hired Matco to replace electrical wiring, power panel box and outlets. 3-4 day job turned out to take 4 weeks.

Job was done by two MATCO electricians. They had to work in the attics during the hot summer months installing the conduit, moving existing and pulling new wire. All work was done in a professional manner, meeting all code requirements. The electricians were polite, courteous, and hard working. I would definitely use MATCO for any future electrical work.
Description of Work: Installed additional 200-amp sub-panel in janitor’s room by running electrical conduit from main 800-amp electrical panel, through the attic space of two adjoining buildings. Moved existing 200 amp sub-panel located in the boiler room, next to new 200-amp sub-panel in janitor’s room. Moved all circuits and split between the two 200-amp sub-panels. Replaced bad underground (UF) wiring from building to street sign by placing new wiring in underground conduit that went under an existing parking lot.
