Fancher Appliance

The "technician" sent to my house was unaware of any A/C technical knowledge. I was billed in excess of 300 dollars. I promptly paid the bill. The A/C system did not work after the visit. I contacted Fancher and was told that the "technician" was fired because he was unqualified to service A/C units...and...I was told that a qualified technician would be sent to fix the problem. The qualified technician was scheduled to arrive at 1PM. The qualified technician was 3 hours late and later (after I once again re-contacted Fancher) claimed that he was "unaware" of the scheduled appointment. I needed to re-schedule the appointment. I re-contacted Fancher and Fancher has refused to return my contact. This is a pathetic customer service situation. If you hire Fancher...good luck...I will never use them or refer them for any A/C or heating work. Fancher decided not to contact me...this is the opposite of customer service....it is unacceptable in the competitive business world.

They were courteous and on time. They were also quiet and cleaned up while answering my questions. They were the best price I got.

Kyle came out and talked to us about our needs. We installed a new high efficiency Lennox. There was a factory recall, Kyle and his team worked with us till we got it right!

The men showed uo right on time and went right to work. Three hours later they had the old furnace removed and the new one installedThey were very meticulas and cleaned up after themselves. After the men left I discovered that they had left a vent out. I called the office and the owner apologized and said there would be some one there the first thing in the morning. At 8:30 the next morning one of the men was there and installed the vent. Everything is working and I am very happy.

Ron came out and gave us an estimate to replace and update system. We signed contract so he ordered our furnace and as soon as it came in they set date. They were here first thing in am to take old furnace out and bring new one in. Then plumber came and hooked up new furnace. The first night when we had concerns we called the next day and they came out and checked unit. Turned out it was just noices we were not used to. Everything has been fine. Fuel bill is down and we are toasty warm. Thank you Ron!

The boiler to my heating system needed to be replaced. I called 6 places to give estimates. The price was in line with the low estimates. The service was done on time and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. The workmen made sure everything worked as required and cleaned up after they were finished. I highly recommend them for plumbing and/or heating needs.

We have been using them for the past 4 years. I think they do good work and are available quickly. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

Everything they've done is very professional. They've been very timely; when I had something that needed to be done right away, even if they were swamped with work because of the floods we had in the area, they fit me in and came out right away. They're very good about predicting when they're going to come and be here when they said they're going to be here. I don't do any comparison shopping because I'm so happy with them. As for their appliances, I found that their prices were competitive.

We purchased the unit and they installed it. It was a long wait as we had to wait on the air conditioning unit. We want use them again in the future.

They have been here a long time. We had flooding so they were checking the furnace for that. The overall experience with them was very good. The price was fair but not very good. We called them and they came out. They were punctual and when they said they were going to be here they were here. I use them pretty much when I have any plumbing work that needs to be done.

The serviceman was very methodical and had the problem resolved in 10 minutes. The reason for the high charge is that Binghamton is recovering from a flood where over 6000 homes were affected so the heating and plumbing businesses are very busy and he had to come out on overtime, which he told me in advance, as my problem was not due to the flood.

There have been no problems. They were perfect and excellent. The price and quality were decent. The same guy did both of the jobs.
