Installed defective pool liner. Had huge melt marks at every seam also spliced several pieces together to make liner large enough for pool. Did not match pattern of liner up when pieces were spliced. He would not replace liner. Owner is very arrogant and rude.

Coral Isle took weeks just to return my call. By the time someone actually did and came out to the house to look at the site I already had three competitive quotes and had picked someone else and scheduled the installation. If the Spring hadn't been so wet it might have already been done. Earlier investigation in the show room indicated two things about Coral Isle's above ground pools - they are a different style product than everyone else which looks better and costs more, their design also allows the VERY nice feature of having concrete steps poured inside the above ground pool! The required concrete work also likely makes the installation more expensive as well as the pool itself. But I can't say for sure because I never got a quote. (To be fair, they eventually called back presumably with a quote but I had already committed so did not return the call. They did not bother to then put the quote in the mail or to call me back a second time so I still have no quote).
