Description of Work: I love Cook's and have always used them but this time it took a long time for them to come.So a year later they are hangong to the ground and you would never know they were pruned at all. I didn't want to pay again so soon but will have to do it again next spring because they are suffocating my hedges.

Description of Work: Our 3 hemlock trees were diseases. Cook's came & treated them - charged us for 2 because the 3rd is already half-dead. Called them on a Thurs, got the estimate the following Mon, treated that Fri - very prompt.
