After a brief verbal discussing of the required work, Steve cheerfully agreed to come by the home later that day even though he was informed we would not be home. We spoke again and I conveyed my urgency to complete the work which was offered at an extremely fair price scheduled on the next Thursday, Steve and his father were true professionals that kept in telephone contact as to their arrival time. Once on the job they worked in a consistent, methodical manner. The areas were raked and leveled which was an unexpected extra pleasant surprise.
