Terrific. Installation went great, ahead of estimated install date... other than beautiful new gutters, you wouldn't even know they had been there!

They set up an appointment for an estimate. No call/no show. Called to find out what happened. First, we were told "he" wasn't available. Then 2 minutes later, "he" was sitting right next to her (receptionist/wife?). Next response from her with attitude, "Do you want us to come out of not?". With that level of professionalism, no, we don't.

It went great. They came and provided me with an on-site estimate within less than 48 hours, scheduled and then completed the work in less than a week. They responded quickly to my phone message when I had a question.

I called asking for an estimate. Someone came by that same day to look at the house and left a paper with the estimate on it. I was happy with the price, scheduled the installation, and it was done very promptly. The gutters look and function exactly as I'd hoped. I was particularly impressed by how they fitted the gutters around a doorway where the roof juts out.

It was some time before I noticed that the gutter that runs the length of the garage roof was not draining the rainwater properly. Upon closer inspection I realized that the slope of the gutter was not consistent; it went "up hill" in the middle and that rise prevented the water from flowing to the drain outlet. That section holds the water until it may evaporate. The contractor never pointed out to me that the two awning windows he was using as replacements were smaller by three inches in height than the original windows. I only became aware of it after the old window was removed and I saw the employees starting to install a new smaller one. The three inch by 35 inch section was filled in with a solid material, decreasing the amount of ventilation and light available. I had protested but it was too late-the old window had of course been damaged in removal. It was not the fault of the employees who did the actual installation; it was the owner who should have been honest, pointed it out and given me a different option. This was essentially my first experience in hiring a contractor for home improvements. I was depending on a well-known company to do right by me. They failed.

Lewis Seamless Gutters was great. I was a little surprised (though pleasantly) that when I called for an estimate, they were at my house that day and left me a quote. The price was reasonable so I agreed to have them install the gutters. They did it quickly and were out of the way. Everything was brief and to the point. No need for anything complicated. The gutters look really, really good. There is a particular spot around a door that was kind of a pain for them to deal with and it turned out so well. I have had no problems with the gutters since.

They came through with exactly same thing they promised. They installed everything very neatly and cleaned everything up nicely. Everything was punctual and fine.

Just as quoted. Job was finished in 2 days.

This used to be a good company, but as of late I am very disappointed. Gutters and soffits were installed a few years ago. They were never piched correctly causing water to seep into interior kitchen ceiling. They denied that the gutters were the cause of the stain on the kitchen ceiling that appeared every time it rained. And did nothing. I had the entire roof replaced by another company. Still water was seeping onto the kitchen ceiling. It took a couple of years to get them to repitch the gutters to finally corect the problem. They installed a bathroom window. I have been trying to order a new replacement screen for it since May 2012. Spoke to Diane in person and left several messages. Never heard back. Finally got Diane on the phone again August 13, 2012. She gave me Henry's number. I called and left a message and never heard back.

We were very pleased with them; they came to do repair work and ended up putting on an entire new roof. They gave us an estimate for $10,000 then came back and told us they had made a mistake estimating and it ended up only costing us $6,000; that does not happen very often. I like their honesty and their quality of work was good; they did a fine job. I will use them again in the future.
