Description of Work: Steve Zamborsky, Inc. put on a brand new roof with plywood shingles, a false gable on the front and a covered porch deck at the back.

 + -1 moreSteve came to our home in order to give us an estimate for the remodeling of two bathrooms.He was punctual, personable, and professional. He offered to help with design which was nice,and even offered to meet us at a tile store. He was a little slow getting back to us with the estimate,but estimate was thorough and in line with others we received. In the end I worked with an acquaintanceof my plumber, but I would have trusted Steve Zamborsky with the job.

 + 1 moreThis was a horrible experience. I paid $ 400 to install a $ 1400.00 door and got what I (or any other reasonable person) consider sub-standard work. I was not going to go the Angie's List route until I gave Steve ample time to correct the job. But after a promise of coming to my house and fixing everything, I have still not even gotten a call back. Needless to say, after staring at the unfinished door all this time, I went to "Lowes" and purchased the molding for the door and fixed it myself. Don't get any work done by someone who 1. leaves the job half or one quarter don 2. doesn't return phone calls 3. tells you to finish the work yourself
Description of Work: Installed a front door in my home. After the door was framed in the door opening, Steve attached molding on the inside of the house (not a problem). On the outside of the house on the door was brickmold which did not reach the siding because the door was the biggest for that particular opening. When asked about the gap on the outside, which had no caulking or sealant, he told me " you can go to Home Depot and pick up some molding that will fit there". I asked Steve to please return to finish the door that he was paid to "fully install" and he has of yet to return my phone calls. I also looked in the basement under the door and saw he had stuffed some fiberglass but when I removed the fiberglass I realized that the sunlight was coming through several gaps that he had left underneath the door.
