+ 0 moreService area is Elmont, NY. I had one of my baseboards that was not distributing heat. Other baseboards withing the same floor work fine. I had a technician working on the issue in 2010 winter but the issue didn't get resolved. I called the Valley Stream and setup an appointment (thrusday 7-8pm)which didn't materialize bc the technician could not make it, so I got another appointment next day ( friday 6 pm) which also did not work for the same reason. Friday 6:55 pm the company called me and let me know that the technician can't make the appointment and they put me on me the first appointment on Saturday morning. The technician ( Danny ) did show up this time and the work was done without any delay. I was happy that my problem was fixed but the hassle with appointment and the total cost is not lucrative..
Description of Work: One of the heating basebaords was not distributing heat.. all other baseboards were fine although they all are supposed to be on the same loop. Technician focused on the fact that there is a clog in the T connector. He turned out to be correct in his judgment and the problem was taken care of..
