He made wrong diagnosis saying my hard drive is bad need new One charged me $80 asking $240 to install new hard drive and reinstall Windows etc I took to staples they reset the hard drive installed Windows cost me &120 so I wasted $80 lucky did not get filled paying him $240

After calling several other companies I was fortunate to have Techs On Duty respond to my request for help on Home Advisor. Sam was very knowledgeable and patient with the various issues I was having with my business computers and phone system.
