We offer our clients complete attention to detail from design conception through your move-in. The collaboration of the client and our team drives the success of each project. Each project is designed and overseen from conception through completion by either Erin Kehoe, Interior Designer and/ or Mark Goodman, Architect and are teamed with Landscape Architects, Engineers, Expediters and any required specialty consultants. Our mission is to earn the right to be called their trusted adviser. We will bring a fresh and innovative approach to each project and develop creative solutions appropriate for each client

They did a wonderful job in guiding me through a difficult and expensive project that because of the age of the townhouse (1864) had many surprises as the renovation got underway. I found Mark to be an imaginative and yet pragmatic architect and responsive to my needs. Erin is a very capable designer with good taste and good resources. I recently recommended them to a friend who was renovating/decorating his new apartment and he was very satisfied with their work. One of the best features of their partnership is that between the two of them you don't need any additional resources for research or execution. I'm presently considering a move and have every intention of using Spacial Designs again.
Description of Work: Gut renovation of two studios that we're previously connected and interior design of renovated space. I now have a 1 bedroom, i 1/2 bath apartment in an old townhouse. We have all modern features and appliances including onsite washer/dryer. I
