Luis Bigit was the man. He called me back immediately, made himself available for a next day home inspection on a co-op I was looking to purchase, he showed up on time, was extremely thorough and diligent. His extensive 6 page report was delivered 48 hours after the inspection, covering everything from structural and electrical issues to signs of termites and rodents. Overall, you could tell Luis knew his stuff and took a real pride in the quality of his work.
