+ -1 moreManny was great. He showed up on time and I was late and he waited for me. He worked very hard to fix the outlet because it was not installed right to begin with. He was very honest and kept at the job until he was finished.

Description of Work: I had a very bad leak under my kitchen sink that I had ignored for too long. I contacted Manny He was very responsive, arrived early for the job, which was a Saturday and sometimes it is difficult to get professionals to take a job on the weekend. The job was more difficult than expected but Manny stuck with it until completed. He was professional, patient and worked tirelessly until the job was done - cleaned up after himself.

I called him I told him I add a repair to be done in a tenants apt I told him and it was court ordered he said if it's court ordered u must have done something wrong!!! And then he hung up the phone..Angie please don't put these kind of people on your site

I live in a different city so cant be there when my parents need something done. I am very happy to have found Manny (and so are my parents); we will definitely call on him when needed in the future.

+ -1 moreWhen I spoke to Manny over the phone, he was honest with me that he doesn't do carpentry, but he would still stop by to give me advice. Two of my steps were getting pretty loose and were a HUGE concern of mine. Manny did show up promptly and he was able to use his handyman skills (with pieces of wood and screws) and successfully held up those 2-3 wooden steps. I was and still am impressed by what he did. I will be using him for future small projects!
Description of Work: I had a small project dealing with reinforcing a few steps leading down to the basement.
