+ -1 moreThe following day when my basement was flooded again, a technician was sent over immediately, realized the sump pump needed to be replaced. Replaced the sump pump and deducted the price from the following day for the next days work. Very honest and reliable company. So professional and courteous.
Description of Work: During the nor-easter of fall of 2014, my basement flooded. My sump pump stopped working as well. Keller Plumbing sent a technician to my home immediately. Fixed the problem, thought it was electric.

+ -1 moreBruce Keller is the owner/operator of Keller Plumbing, in business since 1937. I am happy that I contracted with him for this complicated installation. His installers arrived promptly, used drop cloths to protect the floors, worked continually throughout the installation, answered all of my questions and finished his portion of the install earlier than predicted. I'm happy to have found Keller Plumbing and we discussed additional work I anticipate having done.
Description of Work: Did the plumbing side of a whole house generator installation.

+ -1 moreClean, efficient and professional. I was very pleased. Not inexpensive, but not over priced. They are my regular plumbers now. Mr. Keller is a gentleman.
Description of Work: On this date, installed boiler and hot water heater in the midst of Hurricane Sandy crisis and power outages. Installed one day after order due to emergency. Had done other work for me earlier in the year. Fixed a toilet, installed a hot water tap, installed an outside water line.

+ -1 moreExcellent....from the phone call to initiate the service Angelo was professional, knowledgeable, polite....service was quickly done and problem corrected within 1 hr and he cleaned up both areas thoroughly. Very happy...recommend highly.
Description of Work: Received a response to my phone call quickly.....set an appointment time....arrived on time...fixed the problem...removed and installed new valves and connecting pipes to radiators. cleaned up afterward...left everything spotless.

+ -1 moreI USE THEM ABOUT ONCE A YEAR TO GET THE BOILER READY FOR WINTER AND THEY ALWAYS DO A FINE JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY REAL PROBLEMS OUT OF THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ON TIME.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE PLUMBING WAS RIGHT ON TIME. I GUESS BECAUSE I EXPRESS THE URGENT NEED FOR THEM. TOOK HIM JUST ABOUT AN HOUR TO GET THE WASH CLOTH OUT.
Description of Work: UNPLUGGED BATHROOM SINK. MY KIDS PUT SOMETHING IN THE BATHROOM SINK AND STOPPED IT UP.
