Description of Work: I hired them to help with my insurace claim from Super Storm Sandy.

Description of Work: this company was contracted by myself to work on my behalf due to a fire in my home n 5/5/10. i agreed to use their contractor to do all work involved in exchange for me not having to pay for their services. their fee would be paid by the contractor.the work began and I moved back in my home in November 2010. Please note at the time i moved back all work was not finished.I have made several phone calls and have had visits from several people to see what has to be done. I realize that the fault is the contractor npt the adjusters per se but if they were to be on my side why has the work been finished? One of the people who was directly responsible for getting the work done had been fired and after giving him several thousands of dollars for work which wasnt supposedly on the scope and which has not been done and for work which is falling apart I dont knpow who he was employed by the adjuster or the contractor as they all seemed to mesh together.all the phone calls have been to the adjuster and even though I am promised the work would be done nothing has happened except visits by various people who agree there is a problem but no one has come to solve them.so I am left with toilets leaking,wood floors separating,broken window,missing window,rusting front door,electric plug not working,roof leaking,light fixtures not replaced,broken gate ,crooked doors and a few other things. What does one do?
