+ 0 moreTech arrived in about 1/2 hour or less. Price was as promised. Job was completed flawlessly.
Description of Work: Tech was sent promptly on a Sunday evening. He rekeyed 4 lock cylinders. Price was fair. Another locksmith I called would only change the cylinders out and wanted more money and would not give a definite quote on the phone.

+ -1 moreI got over priced offers from a few locksmiths companies. Direct locksmith did a great job for less then $150. when I called the company the technicion immediatly answer the phone and was very helpful.
Description of Work: The technicion replaced 2 locks in my building and match them to the master-key system.
