Okay so Kris is great. I think that's pretty much the sentiment here. Called Day 1, Kris was here in a couple hours. Day 2, Kris is here fixing the door BY HIMSELF. Why? His partner wasn't able to come, but he wanted to be sure the job got done when he promised. Booyah.
