First time using HomeAdvisor and not knowing the person who will do the job. Very cautious committing to anything. I did take the plunge and put my request into the computer. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Blue Diamond, the person who called was Kris. We spoke for over 30 minutes and I felt like I knew him for a lifetime. He made me very comfortable and very confident of his abilities. Needless to say on our first meeting he reviewed the job and knew exactly what was needed and remembered what I wanted to achieve from our phone conversation. He stuck with the price which was given over the phone and explained the entire job. When he came back to do the job, surprisingly he was alone and gave me a time he would complete the job... HE COMPLETED THE JOB WITH MINUTES TO SPARE! And what a job he did! Should be 10 star rated. I cannot put into words how satisfied I am with his work. His work ethic is amazing. He is totally organized...AND A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. I have recommended him to two of my neighbors and he is going to my Son-In-Laws home to do a major repair on his garage doors. I very rarely recommend a contractor, but I have no problem with Kris (he is so reliable and knows his trade). 10 STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!

Kris did a great job on our garage door installation. We changed our minds a couple of times in choosing a door and a style but, he was patient throughout the process and even gave us some helpful suggestions. He was also very accessible. When you call him he picks up the phone or gets right back to you. He's very reliable. A real pro!

Kris was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great garage door installation and fixed the opener too. He was accessible on his cell phone too and honest about his estimated time of arrival, so I could plan my day too.

For some unknown reason Home advisor is reporting this feedback as my NOT having hired Blue Diamond Enterprises??? Obviously that is incorrect as the subsequent positive feed back was left by me. Kris is a consummate professional. He shows up on time and communicates well. He returns phone calls promptly, a courtesy very rare on long island these days. His pricing is reasonable and his experience is evident by the good work he does, this is not some guy with a truck and a tool box who runs around calling himself a "contractor". He is the real deal. Kris was a profession. He answered all the questions, was able to order the special door i wanted and put it in properly within a week as i hope. He is a family person and gave me tips on how to keep the garage door in proper order so my family can be safe for years to come! Thanks for your great price, and great work done.

Chris is a pro. He is very responsive with his phone calls and quick to get you in the line up to fix your garage door. In my instance the door he originally got didn't fit properly so he had to come back a second time. He was very honest and transparent on what happened and came back within a few days. He also upgraded the door I purchased as a courtesy for inconvenience . He was very focused while he worked and helped cut all old pieces of garage door for easy disposal. Great job great price

Though we had to reschedule more than once, Mr. Knight more than made up for this very slight inconvenience with excellent, quality work. (The garage door had come off the tracks and rollers were broken off.) The garage door now lifts very smoothly, better than before it was broken. I am very pleased with his work.

I'm not satisfy at all with service provided by Blue Diamond Enterprise. He came by himself to do a job that requires at least 2 people so I end up working myself on top of that I'm paying for the work. He wasn't on time and no call to let you know he will be coming late. I didn't get the garage door I was supposed to get. The job wasn't done the same day and until now it's not done. He was supposed to ckme back today to finish the job no one showed up and no one calls.

I am very satisfied with the repair on my garage door. Chris is very conscientious and is a pleasure to deal with.
