Description of Work: I needed to update the central a/c in my old colonial. Air design was referred to me by an engineer whom I really trust. I called them up, and set up an appointment for an estimate. Jim (one of the owners) came over and did a thorough review of the situation - going in to the attic to survey the ductwork and explaining the different options. He definitely knows his business exceptionally well. They then emailed me a detailed proposal with the 3 different options we had discussed. He was prompt in answering follow-up questions via email and phone. Their pricing was fair - not the lowest, but quite a bit lower than some. In the end, I went with a contractor who was a little cheaper, but have only nice things to say about AirDesign.
