2 men and the owner put up scaffolding to reach windows and completed the work and cleaned up well others came and gave us much higher proposals with much more work required he completed quickly and efficiently-he was very clean and professional he has called to check after heavy rainstorms to monitor the work we would recommend him to anyone

Aand P is doing excellent work. I need to be clear: This is a problem that our building has dealt with for years and it's super difficult to figure out what exactly is causing the problem. It also only seems to leak during big storms from the east, so there is always a bit of lag time as we wait to see if the leak returns. All of that said, Aand P is so so responsible and responsive. They actually email ME to check in after big storms -- and this continues for months. This is above and beyond anything any other contractor has ever provided. How they manage to remember us with all the ongoing work they do is beyond me. I appreciate their responsiveness. I appreciate their strategic problem solving. They are pragmatic and understand that we can't simply spend a load of money all at once on projects that may or may not actually address the real problem. It's been months since we've had a leak. If it comes back, though, I will still call Aand P because I feel confident that they are doing quality work and have a strategy in place. I'm going to reach out to them later today about some unrelated interior work.

The crew was punctual and got right to work. They were courteous and professional. Stellar company with excellent customer service. Free estimates, competitive pricing and quality work. We had water seeping into our basement. Aand P came out and proposed to dig out the outside foundation wall to waterproof, and to install french drains inside our basement. Once we agreed, the rest was easy. Their guys came out, while one crew worked outside the other was in the basement chopping the cement slab all around. There had to be 15 men working here! In just 2 days, they were done, and everything was cleaned up. They put down paper on the floor from the basement stairs to the front door to protect the floor too. They did a great job, and we haven't seen any signs of water in the basement since.u
