"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

We scheduled a date and he stuck to it; we talked about possibility of work spilling into a second day given earlier sunset in late September. Work crew started early and they worked through the entire day finishing around dinner time. Work crew was detail oriented and efficient as was clean up. Joe stayed with the crew and managed suppliers delivery of new roofing materials. Overall a very good and positive experience. I solicited two other larger regional roofing companies and their estimates were detailed and thorough but their pricing was too high. Compared to NML's pricing, the other two roofers were about 25% higher."

"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! "Home Evolution stood out the most the salesman's name was Ed he was very thorough, informative, detailed and patient because I was doing my Home closing the same day he was very professional. On August 11th got a call from Leo the scheduling coordinator explain to me there's going to be a pallet of shingles dropped off at my home and asked me if they can do my roof the next day Saturday August 12th I gladly said yes and the very next day I received a call at 7:15 from the project manager Anthony he asked me and informing me that his crew is going to beat him there and they will arrive 7:30 and they're going to get started they know what they're doing they were very prompt and showed up on time at 7:30am Sharp right away got right up on the roof with their tools and had my roof ripped off in about an 45 minutes to an hour during the shingle removal both my old exhaust fan vents were damaged they were old metal and bent and needed to be replaced for proper shingle installation the project manager Anthony went to Home Depot on the way to my home and arrived with two brand new vents I must say as far as Foreman go Anthony was Top Notch his crew knew what they were doing and he was on top of everything at every turn they had my roof tore off and installed and cleaned up in 4 and 1/2 hours couldn't ask for a better job. I would like to thank the whole crew, the salesman, Ed, the project manager, Anthony, and the whole team at Home Evolution, for a wonderful job on my home happy customer here. Thanks, everyone."
